I know what it is like to feel lost in searching for the answers to health issues.

I have spent the last 21 years of my life studying different forms of healing and medicine, in part because I could not find a practitioner who listened to me or knew how to help me. I have healed myself from chronic pain, digestive disorders, environmental illness and autoimmunity by diligently studying and seeking out the best treatment modalities that I could find.

Along the way, I have discovered a deep fascination with the human body and our relationship between physical, emotional and spiritual health. I have learned ancient tools of Chinese Medicine and modern tools of Western diagnostic medicine. I have learned the importance of expressing emotions and processing emotions in a variety of ways in our lives. I have learned the impact that our diet has on our well-being. I have learned the importance of being aware of and redirecting our brain processes.

After graduating from Chinese Medicine school, I was inspired to continue my training in neuro-acupuncture with Drs. Jason and Linda Hao because I witnessed the profound effect that neuro-acupuncture can have on the lives of those with central nervous system disorders. I have also studied Functional Medicine with Functional Medicine University and I study Foundational Medicine with the Drs. at Cellcore Biosciences.

In my work as a practitioner, I offer this knowledge to you guiding you on your own wellness journey in the hopes that it helps you find your way on your path.

I love the Western Slope, spending time with my children, dog and honeybees, growing food and fly-fishing. I have served our community in many ways and cherish the connections I have made. I am currently a Peer Support Specialist and Neurofeedback Level 1 Practioner. I formally was an Addictions Counselor and worked with adjudicated youth for years, and taught Addiction and Relapse Recovery. I love working with Veterans and anyone willing to navigate natural healing. I have seen countless miracles with NeurOptimal Neurofeedback, and love the sacred space I share with my clients. Seeing the changes from my own debilitating PTSD, Neurofeedback changed my brain in such a profound way I had to share it with the community.

NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback is an advanced, non-invasive brain training system designed to support the brain’s natural ability to self-regulate, adapt, and function at its best. Developed through decades of research in neuroscience and complex systems theory, NeurOptimal takes a unique, dynamical approach to neurofeedback—focusing not on diagnosing or treating specific conditions, but on optimizing overall brain performance and resilience.

Unlike traditional neurofeedback systems that target specific brainwave patterns, NeurOptimal works by providing real-time auditory feedback to the brain. During a session, sensors placed on the scalp monitor electrical activity, and the system detects subtle shifts in brain function. When the brain moves toward less efficient patterns, the system briefly interrupts the audio (such as music), allowing the brain to become aware of its own activity and naturally recalibrate. This process encourages flexibility, stability, and improved neural communication without forcing change.

NeurOptimal has been used by a wide range of individuals—from those seeking relief from stress, anxiety, sleep challenges, and trauma, to peak performers such as athletes, executives, and creatives looking to enhance focus, clarity, and performance. Because it is gentle and non-invasive, it is considered safe for people of all ages, including children and seniors.

At its core, NeurOptimal is rooted in the principle that the brain already knows how to function well—it simply needs the right information to do so. By supporting the brain’s innate intelligence, NeurOptimal Neurofeedback empowers individuals to experience greater balance, resilience, and overall well-being.
