Susie was born in Switzerland and came to Colorado as a teenager. From an early age she had a passion for art and has had a lifelong career as a professional artist.
For many years Susie facilitated classes and workshops with the intention of using art as a creative expression to inspire non-artists and artists alike to be confident with the tools and have a deeper acceptance of their own creative potential. Kelly brings 25 years of experience connecting humans to their life force and vitality through a combination of experiential modalities including mindfulness, somatic experiencing and equine assisted learning and therapy. Her nature-based approach lends a sense of safety and support, actively listening and observing subtle and powerful feedback from clients, in order to successfully move through stuck energy within the body. This is sacred work, weaving mind, body and spirit together once again, to bring the incredible human system online completely, opening up a whole new way of experiencing life, with awakened senses and an empowered sense of clarity and calm.
For over two decades, Kelly has been on a deeply personal journey to explore this connection and relationship with self, others, and the universe. Whether providing trauma-informed holistic coaching services, partnering with licensed therapists within the relationship of equine-assisted
mental health, or leading transformational wellness and corporate retreats, she gratefully provides fellow travelers with support and guidance through powerful healing journeys.
Clients learn to release fear, overcome loss, and reconnect to their body in order to process the lingering symptoms of past traumas. In turn, a sense of internal wisdom returns as life force is released to flow freely. Kelly calls this living through a sense of heart-centered awareness, in which unhealthy patterns, spinning thoughts and self-doubt are released. It is possible to regain a sense of safety and experience joy again.

Meg has pursued many directions of her heart throughout her life, working as a lay midwife,
in public radio, as a mediator and group facilitator, and serving as a hospice volunteer. In
2002 she participated in a week-long silent retreat with Thich Nhat Hanh, the first of many
residential meditation retreats over several years. Meditating in community with the
benefit of clear guidance strengthened Meg’s personal practice and supported her
participation in weekly meditation groups over twenty years. Meg currently hosts a weekly
meditation circle at Paonia Senior Center on Thursdays and at Wellspring Vitality at the
Creamery Arts Center on Wednesdays.
